Tonight I was promised a visit by a friend I have IRL, but instead I have had more communication with people online than in person.
I can feel myself slipping back into my college days where I went through the motions of a so-called social life only to anticipate the double life I live online.
Not that I’m complaining, I’m enjoying the attention and the human interaction. I just know what it tends to do to me. LOL.
