I saw his leg and his blood shed,

It was a large price for him to pay,
to let you live another day.
He had the guts to fight and die,
to keep the freedom you live by.
By his dying your life he buys,
but who gives a DAMN if a Soldier dies!
(I died inside reading this and just had to post this with my comments, this does NOT only serve in one war but for all in my eye's)
This is NOT how I feel but seems to be a HUGE statement to how a lot of soldiers get treated and if you ask me they should be treated as royalty....
They risk everything for us so we may remain to live free and when I say everything I MEAN EVERYTHING their home lives, their families and friends, their freedom, their sweat, their BLOOD.
My HAT and utmost gratitude & respect goes out to ALL who have ever served & fought for us...
