I sit here,my wings open ready to fly!!
As I hear the wind of change call me to fly!!
I look in the water of time!!
The ripples of the past,clear as the moon above!!
The ripples of the yet to be,shadowed as the earth below!!
I think of you my guide!!
I wonder will you be with me on this flight!!
I wonder if all you taught me will stay!!
I wonder if you'll still be there later down this path!!
You have taught me the path is forever changing!!
You have taught me that everything happens for a reason!!
You have taught me to stand up to everything!!
You have taught me so much!!
Yet I know there is yet more to learn!!
So as I sit with my wings open I think of you!!
As the wind of change calls I wonder?
Have I got the strength to fly?
Have you made me ready?
Have our paths cross for the last time?
Have we said all we need to say?
Then the wind picks up and I hear the fire come alive!!
The fire you have took care of and loved!!
Then I know it's time and I know you will be there!!
Then there is three things I must do to fly!!
First thing is you must know something!!
You will always hold my heart in your hands because you are a part of my heart!!
Second thing is you must hear something!!
You will always have me as, a friend,a family, a lover!!
Third is you must answer something!!
So is my heart enough for you to trust and care about?
Just another thing that most can't make sense of,hehe ;)
