I guesse I'm not going to math today. I get to go listin to the dws ( ( Utah) Department Of Workforce Serveices ) people, try to justify themselves being stupid awefulll people basicly. It should be fun and insightfull. I'm sure they will love me after that too. lol. Hopefully I get an actuall written list of their rules that I can analyze to see if they are actally following them, or makeing up their own. They may have a special set of rules here in utah. I do know that they did, and try to do things that the federal government can't do. But especially here, ya never know, they could somehow have different specail rules or something made by their director or who ever is in charge of the whole thing. So that's what I'm going to try to find out.
Someone over there is understandably upset, but I don't really think she is handling her dissapointment the right way. So she needs to be talked to and basicly put in her place. And if I don't do it, I'm not sure who will, or if it will be done right. And from my experience, if I want something done right, I basicly have to do it myself. Some might say to go to her boss. But I don't believe in that. ( it's chickenshit, and I wouldn't want someone to do that to me. ) I believe that you should talk to the person you have a problem with and try to get it taken care of that way first. Then, if they won't listin to you that way, you can go tell their boss. But they should have the oppurtunity to rectify matters on their own. Rectify- sounds kind of like rectal. So it's basicly them kissing your ass, so you don't go to their boss and get them in trouble. lol. But realize this- no one is perfect, and you should give people a chance to fix their problems on their own without getting them yelled at by their boss. Or having someone come and force them to fix their problems.
