Everything Ive ever known 



Falls into the unknown 



Everyone Ive ever cared for 



Slipped slowly through my fingertips 



This lifeless embodyment that is considered 



My body 



Is no longer the same 



Love was never an issue 



Until I met the one who gave me life and hope 



Hope has never been a word that was used to describe me 



Becasue hope has never really been there 



As I sit and watch my peers laugh and cuddle 



With their boyfriends and girlfriends 



I wonder 



I wonder could things have been any different 



I am wondering if I was put onto the earth 



Just to make people see that world is not perfect 







I never understood what it meant to love 



Until it all fell distant 



From the person I am now
