Cum Nutrition Facts
Why Swallow His Milk Shake?
In this age of calorie and carb counting and required nutrition labeling on foods, everyone wants to know exactly what's in what they're eating. And of course, if you're going to eat cum, it's no different. Unfortunately, it's hard to find exact nutritional data for semen, but here's some information to help you figure out how cum fits into your balanced diet.
What's in Semen?
Obviously, semen contains spermatozoa, but sperm accounts for only a small percentage of spunk. Cum is 90 percent seminal fluid, which is composed of dozens of chemical components. The base of seminal fluid is primarily fructose (sugar) and proteins, with many other trace minerals and substances. Here's a listing of some of semen's ingredients:
Sugars: Fructose, sorbitol, inositol
Proteins and amino acids: glutathione, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), creatine
Minerals: Phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium
Vitamins: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vitamin B12, choline
Hormones: Testosterone, prostaglandins [this is where the cancer preventative properties originate!]
Body byproducts: Lactic acid, urea, uric acid, nitrogen.
Is Eating Cum Healthy?
Healthy semen (that is, cum produced by a well-nourished, disease-free male) may in fact be not only safe to eat, but actually good for you. Seminal fluid, the base of cum, is a veritable nutrient-rich soup. Semen is a source of highly concentrated, high-quality protein. In dietary terms, it's comparable to egg whites or gelatin.
Besides protein, semen contains high concentrations of some minerals, such as zinc, and trace amounts of other important nutrients, like calcium and magnesium. While you shouldn't depend on a shot of cum to get your recommended daily allowances of vitamins and minerals, swallowing semen on a regular basis can't hurt as a dietary supplement.
And if fact Kim Kelly , a plump is a porn actress from Santa Monica, California. In December 2002 spent 30 days on a diet consisting largely of semen -- or as she prefers, "man juice."
It may be hard for you to,[ ahem] swallow but Kelly "shot" for at least six square [or tube shaped] meals a day -- with occasional pig outs.
More than 800 men have helped Kelly with her diet; she's screened applicants thoroughly for STDs. Although nutrition experts agree "man juice" is high in zinc and other nutrients, there's no officially recommended daily allowance.
Therefore, Kelly supplemented with banana smoothies in between her regular meals because, in her words, "I'm not going to kill myself for this." The plump Kelly publicly lost weight using a mostly -semen diet. She lost 15 pounds by spending 30 days on a diet consisting of semen and banana smoothies. Using a technique called fellatio; Kelly extracted and swallowed about three to six teaspoons of semen per day from men who were required to provide health certificates.
Although the 30 day diet was viewed by some as a publicity stunt, some researchers believe that regular oral ingestion of semen from a healthy male in a monogamous relationship may be beneficial for a woman. Semen is low in calories and is rich in nutrients including prostaglandins (hormone-like substances), selenium, TGF beta, fructose, vitamin C, and zinc. It is from these elements that most health claims stem.
Will Semen Make Me Fat?
Although cum may look creamy and opaque, it contains very little fat, and few calories. One teaspoon of cum contains about 5 calories, and the average ejaculation produces about a tablespoon of semen, for a total of 15 calories. Because of the sugars in seminal fluid, we'd guess that it has a few carbohydrates, but considering the relatively small volume of semen per "serving" we'd guess the total amount to be negligible.
Given that cum is a high-protein, low-carb snack, you'd think the Atkins Diet people would be all over it by now. Plus, when you factor in the calories expended in performing oral sex, chances are you're burning off much more than you're consuming. The only way that swallowing during a blow job will make you fat is if you cover your lover's dick with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
Have You been Drinking Clorox?
For some the problem is taste-If you hate the taste of his/their cum, tell your boyfriend[s]/husband[s]/sex slave[s], etc. to eat pineapples, bananas, kiwis and strawberries for about 2 days before, and it should taste sweeter. Make sure your man drinks plenty of water. Uses a lot of non-sugar sweeteners such as Stevia, Splenda, or others. They are usually more concentrated than sugar, and will not be intercepted by insulin in your bloodstream. Avoid Saccharin, NutraSweet and other artificial products, as these may be bad for your health. Add seasonings like vanilla extract, cinnamon, and fruit extracts to foods and drinks whenever possible. Make Smoothies with fresh or frozen fruit, adding the sweeteners and flavorings mentioned above. Take supplements like chlorophyll and enteric-coated peppermint. Avoid fish, beer, milk, cigarettes, red meat, garlic, onions, asparagus, and cabbage are foods that have a profound effect on the qualities of cum. But while fish may make the taste even worse, some foods can improve the taste somewhat. Citrus, especially, is good for this. Drinking a lot of juice (pineapple seems to work best) should affect the taste enough to make it bearable. If nothing helps then another popular solution is to have him blast deeper in the throat area, at very least to the back of the tongue, which has no taste buds.
On the cancer fighting properties, here's something to consider, although some women attempt to maintain their prostaglandin levels indirectly using borage oil or evening primrose oil (i.e., the essential fatty acids in those supplements are converted to prostaglandins during digestion), swallowing semen is a woman's only method for receiving prostaglandins directly into her digestive system. (The term prostaglandin is derived from the term "prostate gland," the male sex gland where some of the semen is manufactured.) Although many women do not derive sufficient digestive system prostaglandin levels from food or semen substitutes such as borage oil, men generally produce an overabundance of prostaglandins and release them during sex.
Dutch and Australian researchers have found that regular, monogamous long-term oral ingestion of semen may reduce a woman's risk of developing a dangerous condition called pre-eclampsia during pregnancy, thus increasing the chances for a healthy, full-term delivery. A natural substance called TGF beta may be responsible for this effect. By contrast, women who receive from multiple partners may not obtain the benefit.
The selenium in semen may reduce the risk of cancer of the ovary. Swallowing semen during labor may facilitate delivery by helping to efface the cervix. Oral ingestion during labor is reportedly many times more effective than vaginal absorption.
Although further research is needed, swallowing semen may assist a woman's immune system, reduce the incidence of peptic ulcers (because of the beneficial effect on the digestive system lining), improve dental health, moderate some undesired menstrual cycle and pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms, and improve hair sheen and complexion.
As a young man growing up in the South I found most young women treated cum like Hydrochloric Acid. My cum was usually met with a mixture of panic and unalloyed distaste. Then after the military, where I saw in many pornographic productions women who seemed to be directed to treat cum as if it held the secret to unlocking all life's mysteries, the efforts of these women varied wildly in conviction, I was a student in a sexually charged campus atmosphere however this atmosphere was overcast by the pall of AIDS. So we lusted greatly and wore condoms everywhere and at all times, to class, the library, the beach, graduation, internship interviews, etc. So for a while cum handling and swallowing were moot as the "body bag" was the receptacle for my essence. However soon after I encountered a new kind of woman, rare though she may be, a woman who liked cum on her face and even swallowed, one was a bit of a cum gourmet and claimed to know what kind of health/diet habits a man had based on his trouser chowder. Though certain foods effect body chemistry, scientists disagree whether or not pineapple juice [good] or asparagus [bad] can truly alter the taste of semen, clearly more research is needed, any takers?
The facts are that eating and touching cum from a healthy person has no harmful health effects and even some health benefits, however you will probably be disappointed if that is your main reason. However if you are a woman who, try as you might, can't get past revulsion at the mere thought of being near let alone drinking cum, don't worry there are millions who feel as you do. I for one think none the less of you for that. For those who like cum to ingest, play with, etc. there are some health benefits, but the biggest benefit will be if it turns you and/or your partner on. And isn't that really the point?
I am hoping that some of you will also share your swallowing hints and tips. Each on teach one.
