I think it is wonderful that Gay marriage is legalized in california. Most of this country is disugusted by it but it is because of their religious views. I come from a very religious, straight laced catholic family and I have family members who are gay. My family deals with it but it just isnt discussed. My cousin still brings his husband to family get togethers and the family loves him and my brother is still a flaming fruitcake lol but we love him so much.
I guess I really dont understand the reason for the hate against the Gay community. I understand having religious beliefs about it but how does it go so far as to most of you turning it into hate and disrespectful words????How do most of you who are against Gay marriages talk so much crap and negativity be so far into your religion expect to be good people in front of God's eyes???? Honestly I dont think God likes the fact that your being mean and throwing insults out and telling everyone they are going to hell cause they choose to love a man or woman.

Hell yeah....I am a single hetero woman but I support the gay community. I am comfortable enough in my sexuality to say I support gay men getting married and lesbians getting married. Whatever makes a person happy then go for it. What happen to the whole civil rights thing??? Who the hell is this country to say that gays cannot have the same freedom we do??? oh wait old rich white men that have been elected into this government...hmm the same men pretty much who denied blacks equal rights in the 60's oh and yes the same white men who deny hispanics...oh and lets go way back, the same white men who came onto this land and forced Native americans to pack up their homes and go live in a lil fort!! WTF??????

anyways Im all for the gay comminuty finally being able to get married in california. I wish the best of luck and lots more happiness to every single couple that gets married. You definetly deserve it!!
