I used to say I rate photos, not the people in them (or their appearance), profiles, not the people who put them up (or their opinions), of course the truth is always between these dichotomies ... now the alerts will have it that people are rating me a ( ) and not my profile, I see...
(I won't go so far as to say that nothing is just language. But language is the ocean the fish of thought swim in...)
