Have you ever seen a little boy do this? The first time I saw it, my friend's son did it to tell his sister she couldn''t have his popsicle that he was saving for later.
I laughed and called a friend of mine who has two sons and she said her sons did it to each other all the time. Is it a masculine thing?
That''s not exactly what this poem''s about, but it''s about something close to it. ;-)
I''ve marked you with words lusty
words plump with sex juice,
hot from idolators'' fantasies,
and you''ve claimed me,
kissed this heathen head to toe
in wicked shows of fiery pink--
heroin disguised in poetic verse.
I am the thick, rich fudgesicle
you declared before your brothers,
"Look! It''s mine!" then rolled
your greedy tongue up and down,
ravaging the groove.
All can see you''ve tasted me,
reveled in a luscious drop
of premium iced chocolate.
You softened this frozen heart with wild,
red heat rolling from a singer''s throat...
the drizzle of woman slow thawing
blending with masculine ecstasy''s spit,
glazing psychic skin...
And there you lean against triumph,
short of melt,
smiling at potential thieves'' defeat.
You''ve licked, now stick me publicly
in your mountaintop''s empty freezer,
untouchable to the tongues of others.
