CHILI CHEESE LOG
3 oz. Cream cheese
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Let cheese warm to room temperature. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir well. Sprinkle extra paprika on waxed paper. Put cheese mix on this and form into long roll. Store in waxed paper and chill. Slice in very thin slices and serve on crackers.
