Good news first ...

my kidney function has risen signifcantly and is expected to be back to normal by next lab work

I am feeling tons better less tired ..although my appetite is still wonky and I am kind of stuck on tomato soup and grilled cheese as what I like to eat other foods make me kind of think meh rather starve lol

so over all I am improved and this is positive

however I am frustrated and pissed

was a new Doc today ( my reg GP is on vacation ) HIS read is there never was an infection or stones however cant give a reasonable explanation for the intense pain ...vomitting and loss of kidney function

when I push and say I have had pain and discomfort on the left side lower back radiating to front and down leg at times before this incident ...and have it now ( he says I shouldnt again terrific but I do so how about figuring out why) he too attempts to dismiss it as not related. I dug my heels in and explained to him several times the constant feeling I have now though at varying degrees is exactly the same as the pain that drove me to hospital and always present on some level it is just not to the degree that I am on the floor begging to be shot and told him I will not be dismissed. If it is NOT related then what is it find out! He then said he would set up and appointment with a Urologist ( after researching this my immediatley feeling thats gonna be a waste of time) when I indicated where I was currently having a dull thudding feeling with what can almost be described as numbness he waved his hand in the air and said oh thats to low for your kidney.... uhhmmmm ok despite 4 other doctors never mentioning this ? I was close to leaping across the desk and choking him while yelling if you damn morons dont see a connection with me having this and the last 2 weeks why the fuck not offer me some sort of explanation to what you think it is.

any who ... that about sums it up for now

I do go for blood work again next week to still monitor kidney function

I will take his app with Urologist and hope its a very least a stepping stone to maybe getting some kind answer

at this point I am pretty much going with Doctors are idiots who dont listen well ... I had mentioned my perception is that around the time of my period that the pain and discomfort increases ...He turned that into meaning I only got it at my period I almost spit fire at him when I asked if he was actually listening

oh and when I asked for something to be able to take at night besides codine ( makes me itchy) or oxycodine ( Im not in a big hurry to be addicted ) I got a perscrip for a supposotory ????? dont ask I dont wanna discuss it....blank stare

so before I stop rambling bottom line function is almost back to normal (y) I feel good and better and plan to be going back to work on a normal time schedule starting tomorrow (y) Doctors are idiots and I get to shove something up my ass if I need pain relief to sleep ( still not discussing shut up!!)
