A nightmare before I wake
All I see, hear, smell, feel and taste... is Blood
I sit in a tub full of it...... it's all over the room
It's dripping everywhere....
There are no doors, no windows, no way out
It's running down the walls, coming up from the floor
I scream and scream but no one hears me
I can feel eyes watching me but no one is there
It's up to my knees now and filling the room faster
The smell is sweet and metallic
It's so warm and comforting.... now up to my waist
The blood keeps flowing, deeper now, my feet no longer touch the floor
My thoughts turn to what this could mean as I now fight for what little bit of space is left to breathe in my last breath
My last thought, as I drown.........
I do not know for I woke up at that point
