I'm a self employed Architect/designer (I clean up pretty nicely), amateur WW 2 buff ....not WWF which should not ever be confused with Lucha libre because it's awesome.
I grew up in Southern California and after seeing most of the country ended up here.
I think Denver might be the most balanced city in the country.
I hate being cold, but this will be home for a long time to come.




I'll not bore you with a bunch of fluffy adjectives yet....Let's start with the bad stuff- I can be impulsive and restless, I work too much and never enough.
I don't sleep enough. I run a few mornings every week, but typically have 3 or 4 cigarettes along with a few cups of coffee before I do. I don't have much patience for people who shout their opinions without considering all the facts that exist outside of their bubble. Even though I'm an atheist , I appreciate and respect your beliefs. I also cry at the end of "Way of the gun" when Benicio Del Toro says "What are you gonna to tell God now?". I'm cynical but know this comes from being a disappointed romantic.
Though I'd always wanted to sort of pattern my life after the likes of Ernest Hemingway, Mike Ness or Frank Sinatra, it's recently dawned on me that the only things I really have in common with them are an unfulfilled sense of adventure and a well practiced tolerance to vodka. Such is life.
I drive too slow most of the time, but don't have enough patience for the guy in front of me.
What about you? Anything annoy you today? Make you happy?




The bright side...I'm rarely offended. I try to understand the reasons and actions of everyone around me. I may not always love them, but I try to get them.
Life is short, so I will speak what's on my mind (mostly good) to a fault..... I mean to a fault.
I'm curious about the universe and how it works. While I believe everything is random, I think that somehow we are all connected.
I'm still trying to fulfill that sense of adventure while taking the time to enjoy the really small pleasures in life.
We may not always agree, but I'll never discard your opinion because right or wrong, it's as real as mine.
Feel free to call or text me at 3 am because you can't sleep. If my ringer is on, I'll pick up. The trade off is that I may do the same thing.(I know someone who is shaking their head as they read this)
I'll hold the door, I'll hold your coat, I'll hold a conversation, I'll hold the line.. but as much as I love you, unless you really feel the need to punch someone or rescue a puppy from a burning building I'd rather not hold your purse.




I mentioned coffee above....it's pretty much it's own food group for me.




I just finished reading "The believing brain" and am sort of half way between The Sirens of Titan and On the road..(ADD makes for good reading) Just downloaded The children of men and looking for the remote....




By the way, here's something so cool.....Comet ISON will be coming by in November/ December this year. It is going to be the comet of the century and should be brighter than the full moon (even during the day) for a while. Watch for it....even though you really won't have to. This is the stuff you've seen written about in history....fireballs in the sky, etc. You have to be psyched for this my friend!
