so now, the cash register is becoming easier to handle...mostly. i forget sometimes how to work it but that's ok. the mechanics are nice to me. dan let me go wit him to jetties to get some sandwhiches and laughed when i filled out the order form and put a smiley on it. he lived up in d-mas for a year when he was growing up (yay!!). paul, buddy, peter...everyone cept aldo greet me in the morning. this afternoon everyone was wonderin why i hadnt left by 3. first patrick asked, then lynn asked, and then dan asked. when dan asked i looked at him and said "how does everyone know when i get off work?" as a joke. lol. i was happy cuz jennifer was there today instead of jeff which meant we had fun all day. jeff was just awkward and twitchy, i can see why jennifer calls him mr. twitch.
i think every guy that works at the station (excluding brad) is taken. everyone there (excluding brad again) has at least one kid too so that means i cant flirt wit anyone. benny and dan and lynn and aldo are married, but i dont know about paul. i mean, i guess he's married cuz he has a 13 yr old son but i didnt wanna seem like i was curious or nosey so i didnt pry.
yesterday, three hispanic guys walked in and the oldest one (late 20's/early 30's) hit on me soooooo much. it was hilarious and i wish other people knew enough spanish to understand him and laugh wit me later. some guy from Sudan was delivering a package and hit on me while my boss went to get him something. 1st, he looked like late 30's or something and he asked if i had a boyfriend and i was like "YES, i do" and he left me alone (yay!), lol.
benny and his pearls of wisdom are awsome! the one i got today was when i said i was glad i didnt have a boyfriend so i didnt have to deal wit crap from him. benny's response was basically that foolin around was better. lol benny, the laid back father i dont have.
omg, i forgot to say that jennifer and i had fun makin a cootie-catcher/fortune-teller thing. i made everyone play...well almost everyone. she had fun makin the fortunes and i numbered the thing. we need to make a better one with sucky fortunes instead of good ones. but it was worth the 5 minutes of amusement.
^_^ i still suck at math cuz i'm too dependent on my calculator (which is coming wit me tomorrow)
