Melanie Skye I love that idea! I know FL is finally starting required drug testing to be on welfare, but your idea is good, too. And as for Stang, he's not saying the govt shouldnt support families that already have kids, but should limit those who are not financially prepared to have MORE kids atm. Everyone's against puppy mills but no one cares about the baby factory whores who have children or host foster children just for the govt assistance. It's a very real thing.
Feline another random thought... if you researched the TANF system.. the one that Clinton made.. the welfare reform of 1996.. You would see that families no longer get more money/food stamps per child. It is not based on that anymore. So someone could have 6 kids.. and another could have 2.. its based on their income. Not amount of children.
