I have been hyper this morning and could not figure out why until now. My housemate made a gluten-free cake last night. I jokingly asked her if she put some of her Strattera in it (ADHD meds). As it turned out, she was out of butter so she used coconut oil instead. If you look up holistic diets for ADHD you will note mentions of coconut oil, baking powder, and baking soda.
Since one of them has ADHD and the other has ADD neither one of them noticed anything out of sorts. I, on the other hand...
