Yellow Angel Food Cake
1 2/3 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 egg yolks
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup sugar
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat egg yolks with rotary beater, adding warm water gradually while beating add flavoring. Continue beating for 10 minutes until mixture is very light and has increased in volume. Add sugar gradually beating constantly with egg beater. Add sifted dry ingredients slowly, folding in lightly. Bake in oven 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
