I just started working for this company about 2 years ago, within the last 2 years i have climbed the ladder of sucess rather fast and have received 4 raises just within the past year. Right now I am stuck between a decission.... I have been on the overnight shift working 11pm till 7 or 8 am mostly 6 days a week. This has caused alot of stress between the family. I am always exausted and cranky. My Boy friend and I fight alot, The kids push me away.
I guess the question is should I stay with the overnights and go for the next raise that i am supposed to be getting next month or switch shifts, lose my position of supervisor and take the pay cut to make things better at home????????? |
