ok so here is the scoop... long story short somebody called child protective services on me and my bf because supposidly we do not keep our house clean enough for the kids well when they showed up to investigate it was unfounded cause the house was fine, well any ways when they left my bf told me he was not dealing with that and takeing the chance of getting his daughter taken away so he decided to up and leave and take my daughter. the cops said there is nothing they can do about it just let him go and take him to court. well he up and left and would not tell me whare he was going with her and said i did not need to know.
so here is my question, is it kidnapping or justifiable? |
