Hello!
The reason I am here is to make friends and get to know people. I am married to FuBar member Wendy Taormina-Weiss. You will find her beautiful, wonderful, highly-skilled Nurse self here at Fubar too. She is the best (YES I am biased! What kind of husband would I be if I weren't?!).
The things I like include helping people with disabilities (I am a disabled Veteran), trying to make sure I keep some sense of values in my life while still having fun, and making sure I do my best to spoil Wendy rotten. I write health and informational articles for Disabled-World.com, where there is a community of absolutely magnificent people who are good to know. I guess you could say I am, 'semi-retired,' although I don't really feel like it. Fiddling around with Wordpress, Linux, open-source software & pretending like I am edumakated are my hobbies. I greatly enjoy writing and learning new things.
Twisted sense of humor? Definitely. Like good looking women? You bet; although there will only be one woman in my life. With a wife like Wendy, who could ever want more?
Things I can't stand? People who treat others like crap, big government, deliberate ignorance, and hate. Trying to live life as best I can – do the best by my wife & love her each and every single day; that's what I do. Save the drama, I'm done.

Interests
My interests in the area of writing include Culture, History, Family, Friends, Politics, Veterans, Organizations and additional topics related to Persons with Disabilities. On occasion I wander into areas that have to do with computer technology and additional topics that have absolutely nothing to do with people with disabilities. Technical writing appeals to me.
Somehow I managed to fall in love with Wendy, a woman who I consider to be the most loving, kind and caring person in the world.
