First off, Welcome. My name is David. I'm a Certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher & Quantum Healer located in Campbell, CA. I've been helping people all of my life to better their own in one way or another.

Reiki is a form of relaxation, stress reduction, and pain relief that promotes healing on every level; mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional. It works by channeling the "Universal Life Force Energy".Wonderful. but a bit wordy, wouldn't you say?
How about something a little more simplified?
It's like acupuncture without the needles, massage without taking off your clothes or having the physical pain of getting the knots worked out, or yoga without the contortions.
It's a difficult thing to explain fully because it's hard to put into words that most people understand without getting involved in quantum physics, or using spiritual concepts that might be difficult to understand mainly due to what we've been taught to accept as reality in society. On top of that, Reiki is a very personal experience. Because we all have different issues that we may be working through and different areas in our life that need work the energy will effect each of us differently. There are a great number of variables in the equation, but it does work, and very effectively I might add.
I find myself when asked in person saying "Here, let me show you." instead of going into all the sometimes confusing details.
I know it works. I see it every single session. My clients feel and experience the benefits for themselves.
The best way to really understand what Reiki is would be to experience it yourself. After all, feeling is believing.

This statement is not a guarantee or a promise that someone will be relieved of any ailment whatsoever with a single or with multiple Reiki treatments. Reiki does enhance the effects of medical treatment when used in conjunction with it.
An underlying principle of Reiki is that it can do no harm and cannot be used for any harmful purpose.
Another purpose of Reiki is to help enhance personal and spiritual evolution and to assist on the path to enlightenment though
Reiki is not affiliated with any one spiritual path and will work for anyone regardless of their religious background.Reiki treatment enhances the body's natural ability to heal itself. It increases vitality and stamina, works throughout the body, on the mind, emotions, spiritual essence and aura.
A Reiki treatment releases blocked energy and promotes relaxation and reduces stress.
Reiki energy has an innate intelligence therefore goes wherever needed in the body and aura. It helps to cleanse the body of toxins both energetic and physical, and can over time, enhance stamina, intuition, and meditation.
Reiki also works on plants, animals, and even machines and can be used in Earth healing and has been used for treatment of world events.
Reiki will work for you personally and is also a tool you can use to help others.
Being able to practice Reiki is a very simple process.
All that someone needs to practice Reiki is an attunement process from someone qualified to pass the attunement.
What does that mean? That means you need to find a Reiki Master that has the ability to "tune you in" to the Reiki energy. On top of that, I would suggest someone who fits with you, someone that you resonate with. That just makes the process smoother.
I like to go a step further and give someone training on top of the attunements. After all, it really wouldn't do anyone any good to be able to do something without understanding what they're doing, now would it?
