Hi my name is Dave. I live in southern Indiana. I have a wife and 2 kids a boy 16 and a girl 17. I like to go fishing , boating , walking on sandy beaches and spending time with my family. I am a firefighter with black township fire and rescue. Since I joined the fire department I have become interested in bodybuilding. The fire department bought a bowflex and once I started I was addicted. I started out in December at 292 lbs with little muscle. I have lost weight to 235lbs with a bit more muscle. I lowered my bodyfat from 39% to 33%. still not good but I am going in the right direction. wow been a long time since I have been on I need to update this. been divorced about 3 years now lol
