Ya know I have found that some people on here are very fuking rude ... Noone on here knows me from Adam so why would you make rude comments or say mean things? didnt your mother ever teach you if you aint got nothin nice to say dont say nothing at all? true this is only the "net" but people do have feelings and when rude comments or rude things are said some people tend to have a complex and then they question things about themselves....I think some people really need to grow up and stop being so godamn full of themselves and quit thinking there superior to everyone else! Irregular Eeg Results
Ive got a ton to blog about, been meaning to since thursday but even.. thinkin about some of it stressed me so i havent yet. Later tho. Today i had my follow up appointment for my MRI and my EEG at the neurologist. My brain itself looks fine on the MRI. but My EEG showed difuse slowing of the brain waves. Something about it being either vascular or metobolic. Ive gotta fast tonight so i can go get a shitload of blood work done in the morning to check my liver and thyroid and toxins and whatever else she said that I cant rememebr right now. I guess the slowing can be caused by numerious things, we just have to figure out what. My aunt who came to the appointment says to me to be amusing "well... its in your head, but atleast its not all in yoru head" [its not all mental theres somethign physical too] heh. i dont really know that im any more.... relieved to find out its not just mental[anxiety/panic] cuz atleast the mental was somethign ive delt with before. bleh. B

Ugh, Bad
so I'm going to start with the good stuff. Went on a date last night. gasp... "dating someone in Roanoke" you say. Aye. Nothing serious, in fact I may try to date a couple other guys too, just keeping things real light and fun. So far, this guy is so sweet though. Well I am going to end up at the hospital ER tomorrow if not tonight...I've been sick now for over a week & feeling my worst the last 3 days :( I tried to go to bed at like 11 or 12 last night well I tossed & turned most the night cuz I was in so much pain then I finally fell asleep after 6 this morning & had to turn around get up at 7 this morning to get my kids up for school...After the kids went to school I layed back down managed to get some rest until about noon been up since then but feeling VERY nauseous & having terrible pains in my abdomen & lower back...So I am going to get it checked out cuz this just isn't me...So if I end up in the hospital over this I won't be on here for awhile if u know my cell just call it I will have it with me & check my voicemail & texts as much as possible!!!

Yippee! I Am Done!
I am so happy, I just finished a project for work that my Dad asked me for last weekend. I do the bookkeeping and job costing for one of my Dad's companies. I started it Wed. and just finished it today. It feels good to be done and I can hand it to him tonight when I see him for dinner. We are supposed to go out to dinner, a company is wanting to take us so they can get our business. Hopefully it is enjoyable for me. The food will be good because it is one of my favorite restaurants. So now I can breath and not worry about getting it done in time. He has been concerned about some specific jobs if we need to be estimating more when bidding on the jobs. Hopefully this gives him a clear picture. The star 72 command activates the call forwarding feature that many people have on their phones. Other series of numbers have also been used to achieve the same or substantially similar results. Doing this gives access to your phone line to the caller. As a result, phone calls can be made by the violator from your phone line. Collect and long distance calls are usually made on your line, and you may not discover it until your next phone bill arrives. C

Under My Skin
So Heather, my ex-fiance, and I still talk on occasion by my request so I know how her kids are doing. We've done this ever since we broke up and have always ended the conversation with I love you but, this wasn't the case 10 minutes ago. She said she had to go, as usual, and I said, "ok, love you". Living Room Take Over

First of all I would like to thank all the people out there that made this site wonderfull . I am truly sorry to have to go.As some of you know I have custody of my daugther she is the light of my life.Also though do to my laywer and his malpractice . I have found my self in a huge mess I have been paying child support on a child that i have for 10 months now. Talk about going through hell and then some..... ok, here's what's been going on for those who haven't talked to me in a while..... My marriage of five years has finally come to an end. I have started on the divorce papers but can't take them to the court house without money and that's just something I don't have right now. Parmesan Pork Chops
1/2 stick butter 1 cup coarse cracker crumbs 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp milk 6 pork chips, fat trimmed away Combine crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix egg and milk in another bowl. Coat chops with crumbs, dip in egg mixture and back into crumbs to coat. Place butter in 13 x 9 x 2 pan and melt. Surprise!!!
Had a surprise last weekend... One of the tanks I had filled with water and was cycling to get ready for some Angelfish suddenly had baby fish appear in it. I have no idea what kind they are or where they came from. I suspect they maybe baby Buenos Aires babies because I "seeded" the tank with water from a tank that had those in them. The eggs must have been in the gravel I vacuumed while transferring the water. Then I had a snail appear in an established tank that has never had anything but the fish that I originally put in several months ago. That one is a real mystery to me. Although I have nearly 20 different species of fish, I have been concentrating on Angelfish. Perhaps I should call my hobby "Immaculate Conception Fishery."

well as it was my dad was supose to have surgary on the second, but its been bumped to sooner. thursday night my dad had to drive himself to hospital (if ya knew my dad you wld know its serious if he driving self in) as it is he is having a hard time breathing and cannot swallow at all.....because cld not tolerate the pain he was having and his throat was bleeding and wld not stop. talk about a scare in a half, he was released and sent home with an I.V yesterday and until surgary has to go back and forth for meds. i may not b on for awhile as i will b disapearing to where my daddy is and no access to a comp, i think comp will b the last thing on my mind anyways at that point, i will however b back to update all and let ya know how the turn out is...will miss all ya till then and ttyas. muahhhhhzzzzzzzzzz. sendin crazy lil milf love

ok, friends!! we are moving finally! This weekend was tough! I am so sore I can't hardly move. I never knew a hot bath could feel SO good. I see more of those hot baths in my future...anyway, we (Jeff and I and the kids) moved a load of boxes Friday night and Saturday the kids and I went over with another load of boxes and mopped and swept also. Then Sunday we, the kids and I, loaded another load of things and took them over. We also put out the kitchen stuff and bathroom stuff and put up some curtains. Today is the day of making phone calls to get the power switched, phone switched,.....you know the drill. We won't go over today (to save on gas since it's an hour away) but later today I will be boxing everything up so tomorrow we can go get the U Haul truck and move the furniture. Orecchiette With Pork In Cream Sauce
serves 4 1 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced 4 tbsp olive oil 8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced 7/8 cup red wine sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice Pinch of saffron 3 cups dried orecchiette 4 tbsp heavy cream 12 quail eggs Pound the slices of pork until wafer thin, then cut into strips. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and stir fry the pork for 5 minutes, then stir fry the mushrooms for a further 2 minutes. Pour in the red wine sauce, then simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the lemon juice, saffron, and orecchiette and cook for 12 minutes, until tender but still firm to the bite. Drain the pasta and keep warm. Stir the cream into the pan with the pork and heat gently for 3 minutes. Boil the quail eggs for 3 minutes, cool them in cold water and remove the shells. Transfer the pasta to a warm serving plate. top with the pork and sauce, garnish with the eggs. Serve immediately.

Ham With Spiced Cherry Sauce
2 lb cooked ham, thinly sliced 16 oz cherries, dark sweet (can) 5 tsp cornstarch 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp white vinegar 1/8 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/8 tsp Allspice 1/2 cup Rose wine (optional) Place ham slices in baking dish. Drain cherries and reserve syrup. Combine cherry syrup in saucepan with cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, water and spices. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Add wine and cherries. Pour over ham slices and bake at 350F 45 minutes.

Crisp-crumbed Pan Pork Escalopes
serves 4 1 pound pork fillet or boneless loin chops 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 cups white breadcrumbs 2 tbsp grated Parmesan 2 tbsp seasoned flour 2 eggs, beaten Vegetable oil Lemon wedges, to serve If using pork fillet, cut into 3/4 inch slices. Place a piece of sliced pork or a chop on a sheet of waxed paper or plastic wrap, cover with a second sheet and using a rolling pin or meat mallet, flatten to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Repeat for the remaining meat. Mix together the garlic, mustard, cayenne or chili powder, and a littie salt and spread over the pork. Stir together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Toss the pork in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess, dip in the beaten egg and then into the cheesy breadcrumbs, to coat. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and stir fry in batches for 3 minutes on each side until brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels

Apple Apricot Stuffed Pork Chops
6 loin pork chops, 1 inch thick 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 tbsp butter 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs 1/2 cup chopped apple 1/3 cup golden or dark raisins 1 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 cup apricot preserves Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cut deep horizontal pocket in each chop. In medium skillet, cook onion and celery in butter until crisp- tender. Add bread crumbs, apple, raisins, brown sugar, ginger, and 2 tbsp of the preserves; mix well. Stuff each chop with about 1/4 cup stuffing mixture. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover; spread top of chops with remaining 2 tablespoons preserves. Bake uncovered an additional 15-20 minutes or until pork chops are tender.

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed completely (6-8 hours) 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. oil Garlic powder Salt & pepper 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 lb. stick pepperoni (sliced lengthwise at deli) 1/2 lb. boiled ham 1 egg Roll out bread dough (approximately 12" x 12"). Mix and spread on dough: spinach, oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Layer on spinach mixture: pepperoni, boiled ham, Mozzarella cheese. Roll lengthwise, place seam down on greased cookie sheet. Brush top with 1 egg mixed with 2 tablespoons water. Rise 15-30 minutes. Make diagonal slashes on top of roll, not cutting through the dough. Bake at 350º F for 40 minutes

well it was an eventful night at the racetrack. got the new tranny in the car and made the hot laps with the car pushing. with a little driving correction we got it fixed for the heat race. it was a powder puff night and Khristina (my wife) ran her hot laps but forgot her seat cushion so she had a hard time seeing while she drove. she still had a blast since the last time we had a powder puff her knee was hurt and the time before that she was pregnant with our son. so she finally got behind the wheel and loved it. during the heat race we started second row outside and stayed in about 4th for a lap. first lap there was a caution for a wreck and we had to restart. after the restart we stayed in 4th when a wreck in front of me almost took the front end of the car out. i got lucky to find a hole and made it thru. and then on lap 4 the car went CLICK CLICK BOOM. we checked the car out and the radiator emptied into the block so we are hoping for the best but expecting the motor to

Alone Again...
Not sure how long this will be posted but just wanted to share quickly with what has been going on.. For those that know, Carrie was here for a week and just left yesterday, for those that don't, Carrie is my fiance and came down to visit for a week. It has been rocky for a while between us for a while and I figured this week was going to be a deciding factor as to whether it will last between us. Yesterday I was buying a large bag of Purina dog chow for my dogs at Wal-Mart and was about to check out. A woman behind me asked if I had a dog. My opinions on the latest controversies are only sure to bring on a heated debate since most people aren't open-minded enough to carry on a civil dialogue with separate views, beliefs, and insights.
