Man I have been getting alot of reality checks lately. And I'm getting pretty damn tired of it by now. REALITY SUCKS! I once asked a friend if he ever felt like just giving up? And he replied,"No. You have to remember that god only gives you as much as you can handle, you can make it through anything that is thrown at you because you are a strong woman!" I'm not so sure sometimes because just when I think I have everything together and it going to be okay, something else goes wrong. Another one of life's little dissapointments. How much is one person supposed to be able to handle before they fall to pieces? Because I am about at that breaking point. This is my nightly prayer:
Lord grant me the strength to make it through another day, and help find a way to make a better life for me and my son. Please help his father to realize that what he is doing is wrong, I know he is hurting inside lord, but his son is hurting too. Everyday that he ignores him divides any bond they had further and further.Lord help my husband to heal himself so he can heal his relationship with our son. And please watch over my father so that he can wake up one more day to see his family. Watch over my brother and send him home quickly so he can see our father one more time.
