Watching a documentary on the Vietnam War
Struck by how many times they said
"It was never TOLD to me to do that...I just understood"
From the lowest infantryman
To the highest echelon
Tells me there was a MAJOR breakdown
In chain of command
They forgot...if you are going to go kill someone
You better have a fucking good reason for it
And expect a backlash regardless
Even in the micro of family
Let alone macro of nation
Old white men never learned that lesson
And are incapable of learning that leason
I am convinced
They resent when privelege is taken
Something they ASSUME is granted
To only them
Like food
Or water
Or Shelter
And those that don't HAVE THAT
Somehow are deserving of their deprivation
On a self perpetutating idea
That ONLY
The white male deserves that
Because god is a WHITE MALE...speaks English
And is on their side
I am here to say
God does not exist
And you are going to die
Old white male
Your death nell is heard
