Thank you everyone for your comments and advise on my last mumm. A new issue has arrived and so many of you had good advise on the last one. I would like to pull you in again.
So we went to the house yesterday, to remove everything else that was there. Come to find out there was alot more missing from the home and things they ruined also. Actually found an estimated $1,000.00 worth of damages and other missing items. I called the police made a report, called my lawyer to start the court process. But this is where I need your help
I can either press criminal charges and have them arrested for thieft ......... OR......... Can file a law suit for the total amout owed to us in stolen property and damages. (As it stands right now is $3,212.57)
