this maybe kind of long sorry
My brother in law needed a place to live back about 2 years ago, So we told him he could stay with us til he got back on his feet, I helped him get a job, we helped him with transpertation ( he lost his DL ) We have always been there for him since he was 9 years old and he's 30 now.
So back in Feb. of this year my husband I decided to move out of the city and rent a place and sell our home, with todays market we knew it was going to take awhile. My brother in law & his girlfriend asked if they could rent the place and stated they would like to buy it, We thought ok this would help us make the house payment until it sold and if they can get finianced the house would stay in the family, sounded good, he had been doing well for awhile. So to make a really long story shoter. we moved out, they did pay us marchs rent, but they needed time to get the utilities in there name I gave them a month. they didnt have funiture I left mine there for them to use, same with some apliances.
Well the house sold, I gave them notice, I even told them to keep this months rent to find a place. I went over to the house they cleaned the house out took all my stuff I left there for them to use ( except the apliances) told me that I could kiss thier A**es they werent paying me a dime and also they took a cellphone that belonged to my mother in law that we pay for and used it. I have never been so mad & hurt in my life
So should I
A. file charges for thieft & fraud
b. Just beat the heck out of them til I fell better |
