Hey Gang… Just want to give everyone the latest and greatest… First of all, if you have not been keeping up with the shows, here is the current schedule. Wrights Dayton, Ohio As you can see we just added a show on Oct. 24 at the WHISKEY A GO GO in West Hollywood. You can now buy pre-sale tickets in our “Corner Store” for $13.50. Tickets will be ready for pick up at the doors the night of the show. Also, while you are at the store, we have added two new T-shirt designs that will be available this tour, and on our store, very soon! Now… So we seem to have at least an idea of where we will be and when. With this said, we will now be able to put some acoustic shows on the books. If you see an open spot on our schedule, and you are on the way or are at least somewhat on the way to our next show, and you want us to stop by for an acoustic party (same guidelines apply), please e-mail me at smalltownsleeper@yahoo.com SUBJECT “ACOUSTIC STOP”. Right now it would be great to fill up the 10th and 11th of Oct. on our way from Ohio to Kansas. If you are on the way, and don’t mind last minute planning, we’d love to sing some stories for you! As I said, we are adding shows daily (mostly to the big gaps in our tour), so there may be a chance that by the time you e-mail me another show has been booked, but you never know until you try! Also, still would love leads for more club shows…Tenn. in particular has not seemed to be a place we have been able to work out a show, and believe me, we’ve tried…any ideas welcome! WE NEED YOUR THOUGHTS!!!! Hey Everyone! So as we wait to see who we hit the road with next, we have been talking about going back through a lot of the cities we passed through with DAUGHTRY. What we need is any info you may have as to what clubs to play, and who to contact. Please don't get caught up on the size of club, and amount of money…also we are more than willing to open shows for other bands that may be booked!!! Our needs are minimal…mostly just some cash for gas and a sound system. Please, if you'd like to see us in your town…let us know!!! E-mail me here smalltownsleeper@yahoo.com with the Subject "TOUR INFO" Along with that, we've tossed around the idea of doing a very, very grass roots marketing/touring plan! I'd love to just get an idea from folks if they'd be into it or not... Soooo…our idea is this. Since we know that we may run into problems finding clubs to play 7 days a week, we thought maybe we could fill in the gaps and bring our STS stories straight into your living room! Think of it as a "Tupperware" party (minus the plastic containers), or for the guys… a beer and pizza nite... (Kids would be "root beer" and pizza of course) Anyway, what we will provide is this: An hour of Acoustic STS Music, CD's and T-shirts available for purchase Humorous stories from the road All we would need is this: Place and Time Standard Living Room, Dorm Room, Frat House, Backyard BBQ…anyplace we can do an acoustic show $50 for gas (Invite at least 10 friends and everyone can throw in a 5 spot?) Again…we just want to get out and meet everyone, and spread our music. So I finally had some time to sit and work on a new video blog. The bummer is, once I finally sat down to search through the footage...I noticed a problem...lack of footage! Fear not...I did my magic and added some "filler photos" ...not the best...not the worst, but hopefully you will enjoy it all the same... Hey Gang, I put up a new video blog from the Mid State Fair show. I apologize now for my typo's...if you don't know by now that I'm the world's worst speller than...news flash...I'm the worlds worst speller!!! I said "meet" instead od "met"(guess that is more grammer, but whatever) Also, at the very end, the text shoud read: " Thank you to Joey Barnes of DAUGHTRY for coming out and singing with us!" Hey gang! We just pulled back into home base in good Ol' Urbana, Oh for a quick layover on our tour w/ Daughtry. We played the O.C. Fair in sunny California Wednesday night. Flew in, played a show, hung out, flew back home for a few days rest before we head back to the Cali. next week to pick up the rest of the tour. The trip was great and we had a blast not only with the new friends and fans we made, but also with our new friends in the Daughtry crew. I'm posting a video with some footage of the show.
