A new mumm defaults to friends. That costs $25 and means YOUR mumm will show on the home page only of your friends...only...
For $5,000 fubucks it will show on everybody's home page.
However, everyone can vote and comment on all mumms...they will just have to locate it. You can see ALL Mumms posted by clicking on the "Recent Mumms" link. It's that simple.
