Not sure if you've figured things out yet. To answer a shout, move your cursor over the persons name that left you a shout and click on it. There will be a box that opens click in the little area at the bottom and then type your message in there. Don't move your cursor or the box will close. When you are finished with your message, click on send. :=)Me
