Soooo How many of you were home and watched Kimbo Slice fight on Saturday night?
His initial opponent was cut during training and opted from the fight A legitimate MMA fighter,( unlike Kimbo), Petruzelli dispatched of Slice after dropping him quickly with a right hand and then pounding the prone Slice before the referee put a stop to the fight 14 seconds into the first round.
Slice, 34, probably never should have agreed to fight Petruzelli, 28, after training for months to face the Ken Shamrock.
See, there a big difference between back-alley brawling and fighting true professionals. Maybe he should stop chain smoking and get to gym more often? So glad I didn't buy tickets to that fight!
So question is;
A. should Kimbo be in the same classification as trained, highly skilled athletes in MMA.
B. Stick to back and alley brawling and street fights??? |
