I know some of you have been watching my baby Bindi Marie grow up on here. She is 14 weeks now and weighs 34 pounds. Thats 4 pounds last week alone. But today she is sick.
About 5 pm mikw noticed that she had a bunch of little bumps all over her. By 6 they were bigger bumps. I was watching her and I gave her a benedryl thinking she must have gotten into something in the back yard. Mike checked and didnt find anything unusuall out there. IT is a totally fenced off yard.
Well, by 7 pm her face seemed to be swelling.
She ate her supper with her usual appetite. she is running and playing and drinking her water normally. She wants to be held and loved but thats normal also ( she is a little spoiled )
Well/ BY 8pm I called her vet. HE said it sounded like she was having an allergic reaction to a bug bite and as long as she was breathing ok and not throwing up to give her another benedryl at bed time. HE said that she should be fine in the morning. But if anything changes or if they are still there to call him. andif it gets worse during the night to call him no matter what time it is. ( I love her vet )
So for now we are watching and waiting. I am sure I will be up all night cause I am scared to sleep in case something happens.
If any changes I will give an update or I will also update tomorrow either way.
