i feel the need to rant.
theres good news and bad news.
as there always is.
ima vent the bad first...
why?
cuz i like to be different.
so i get back 'home' after a 3 days jaunt to Sedona...
and ya remember that whole raw sewage deal?
that they were like supposed to fix while i was out of town?
including cutting out the carpet...replacing it..and fixing the plumbing?
i'll give you three guesses on what they actually DID do.
you wont need them.
why?
cuz they suck assholes thru a brittle analgonasyphilerpesaids straw
so i get home...unlock the door...
horrific waft of sewage greets my nostrils.
turn on the light...
venture into the hallway..
and...dun dun dun...TADA!!!!
ya. no new carpetting. no plumbing fixed.
industrial fans still blowing away which are going to completely make my electric bill go wonky...and that section of carpet missing...oh and the best part? ya so like some of the nasty sewage had seeped into my kids room...and i TOLD the messican guy this...and he said he would tell the carpet guys...but like since they didnt come BACK...theres crunchy stinky carpet in mah kids room.
health dept anyone?

we found...a house.
yes thats right.
an absolutely GORGEOUS house...
the living room...is so HUGE...Punkin was twirling cartwheels in it.
gourmet kitchen...complete with island...
mah bedroom? double french doors. floor to ceiling windows. built in shelves.
master? seperate door to go onto the back patio...walk in closet...double vanity.
kids room? built in shelving with cabinet...floor to ceiling mirrored closet doors...windows galore.
front and back patio...double garage...laundry room...oh n a jacuzzi. the free-standing kind. vaulted ceilings. fireplace...*drools*
so ya.
put down a deposit. if everything goes the way we know it will...we'll be moving in this summer...and fuck this cess pool.
