Medical Grade Marijuana
Paperwork was filed Wednesday with the Secretary of State's Office launching a new initiative that would legalized marijuana for all adults in Arizona.

The campaign focuses on allowing voters to vote for laws similar to new marijuana laws in Colorado and Washington, provided it reaches at least the 259,213 signatures they need to put the issue of legalization on the 2014 ballot. Proponents will have until July 3, 2014 to gather them.

The new campaign is being headed by Dennis Bohlke and Robert Clark of Safer Arizona. Bohike as many remember had a similar proposal in 2010 campaigning for adults caught with up to 4 ounces of cannabis to get a far less serious charge with only a $300 fine, but backed down due to the momentum of the medical marijuana initiative.

However now the sights are set higher after witnessing both the success for Arizona's medical marijuana program and the legalization in such states as Colorado.
