Born in New Jersey, Home was Pennsylvania until I started travelling the world with the US Air Force. Now living and working in Alaska – The Great Land with incredible beauty and lots to do. I am a rather mellow fellow. I like to keep my conversations light but would be open to more serious or involved information exchange, depending on the topic at hand. I am still working full time, with a varying schedule, so getting in touch may be an issue. I’m more often connected through email and online chat.
My handle, Cold Wx, is a combination of the former military designation for weather (Wx), and the fact that I have spent large parts of my life in cold weather environments. I have lived and worked in a number of warm and severe weather locations, as well as specialized support positions, and enjoyed every minute. Now my life is “chill” in more ways than one, yet not in some ways that are supposed to count. I need more. I am a career weather person, and a lifetime student .
