halloween is my favorite time of the year. it was once believed that ghosts, goblins, demons and the undead would rise for one night to capture someone to take back with them to help deal with the loneliness. who the fuck would want to go back with a dead person? if you didn't make it home before nightfall, people would costume themselves to fool the demons into not taking them. now it's commercialized today so we can egg somebody or get candy. i enjoy it just to scare the shit out of someone.
