I am a single man living in a little Podunk town in Kansas. It's not in the middle of nowhere, but you can see it from the back porch. I am currently dealing with a ahem weight issue. I am 6 foot 3 but have shot up to 290. I have to change into a uniform for work, and it's getting embarrassing, so I have started going back to the gym.(I was a charter member of the local one and worked out regularly until about 3 yrs. ago.) I was about 240-245 and that's where I'd like to get back to. I also work a rotating night shift, so sometimes it might be a minute before I respond to you. I will respond though.

Well gee, I'm into most guy things. I like to catch drag racing in season, I love old cars, I don't follow nascar (don't shoot me) and I am a die hard Steelers fan(note to Dallas fanatics:You are now legally required to hate me)

robowelder Recently lost my father who had COPD. He had smoked from the age of 16, and refused to quit until he was 69, when he suffocated. I am not going to preach about it, but if you smoke, please consider quitting.
