You Know You're From Tampa When…
1. You know the difference between I-75 and I-275.
2. You know it will rain between 2 pm and 6 pm during the summer.
3. You wear tank tops and flip flops 365 days a year.
4. You know that St. Pete and Clearwater are "where the old people live".
5. You know that Odessa and Lutz are where the cows roam.
6. You see a Publix on every street corner.
7. You see a Wal-Mart on every other street.
8. You've memorized where the bars are in Ybor.
9. You consider Gasparilla and Guavaween a holiday.
10. More people show up to your high school football games than pro baseball game.
11. You remember what Tampa Bay Center was.
12. You can always find a good riot in St. Pete.
13. You get excited to see a Sonic and WHATABURGER finally in town...
14. You can buy a beer in town for $6 and than go out of town and the same beer is $2.50.
15. You can't imagine a street without a strip club.
16. At least one of your friends has worked at capital one.
17. You know that South Tampa is the only place to get a good Cuban sandwich.
18. You've seen the Lightning play at Expo Hall, The Thunderdome, The Ice Palace, and The St. Pete Times Forum.
19. The only time you've been to Tropicana Field was when the Devil Rays were playing the Yankees or Red Sox.
20. You know you will have to wait at least a one year to eat at Bern's.
21. You see at least 13 gray-haired people driving in the fast lane, doing 15 mph. On your way to work.
22. Your family is originally from a Northern state.

24. You know that every bar is open till 3 am and after that the casino is open till 6 am.
25. You don't drive past I-4 when leaving Ybor, because it's dark...
26. You consider "Citrus Park', "East Lake", and "Countryside" cities.
27. You barely know what a waffle house is.
28. You know that the Storm is the all time best AFL team.
29. "Hurricane Warning" is just another word for "no school" and "party time".
30. You're still scared to go on the Sunshine Skyway.
31. You go to Wal-Mart at 3 am and find a long lost friend.
32. You can go anywhere in town without using US 19.
33. You go to Orlando for Halloween.
34. You were bused 20 miles away during middle school.

51. You drive to an apartment complex (any apartment complex) near USF looking for a party.
