Good Morning. How about this… Let’s have referees like the National Football League has roaming the field of play and keeping the game manageable and safe in our daily schedule…huh (oh it’s just my way of getting ones approval for something I just said or asked)…and when they see a foul or something that is wrong they blow their whistle and throw their flag…just like in football. Now my Aussie friends are going to blow their whistle on me and throw the flag at my face due to calling NFL style Football, Football but! The fact is Football in the US is done with an egg shaped ball and Soccer which we refer to as Football around the world is done with a round ball. So pick up your flag and stop tooting your whistle at me… and let me continue. Ok, so we have these referees running around in plain sight and they do not have to be in stripes. Hell they can be in a Bathing suit, a Bakers apron and they do not have to be men only! Oh hell let’s just referee life ourselves shall we? I will petition the governments in all countries to start passing out Yellow Flags and Gym Whistles to all. When you get your whistle and flag you take an oath to uphold life in the most prestigious way and to not blow your whistle unless it is most certain a foul. Oh I could so use this type of refereeing... Especially in the grocery store where Penalties happen daily there. Oh heck yes I would be flagged and whistled at time and again for cart napping but, just think about it. You can just see the embarrassment in the eyes of those caught committing a penalty. No they don’t get 15 yards or time out in the penalty box, but they do get a time out! Sit their asses in a corner or on a bench right out in front of everyone and they have to stop shopping! Yeah! Stop shopping for 30 minutes and perhaps that will teach them. How about the rolling stop sign runner? Whip that flag right into their Drivers side window and make them pull over and sit on top of their car for 30 minutes… where’s your hurry now buster? How about the cell phone user who just cut you off? BLOW That whistle honey and ripe that phone out of their ear…, Oh and especially those who have that silly looking growth on their ear…I think it is called Blue Tooth or something but it just sickens me to see people walk around with that dumb ass devise attached to their ears. Heck no I am not jealous at all. If I was given one I would give it back. It reminds me of a kid getting their first bike helmet and they have to wear it everywhere and think they are the cat’s ass just because they have one. Wow how harsh am I today? Ok back to the cell users who are too busy talking on their phone to just realize they just ran over the family dog or cut someone off and in some cases when it’s their third or fourth penalty in life, you can squish the piss out of their phone right in front of them…not sure how the piss got in there in the first place.. but…it would be out just as surreally as their phone would be out too. How about the user of the last stitch of toilet paper and doesn’t replace the roll… Flag their ass! Make em do it in the woods with the bears… My how the world would be with our own vigilantly style of refereeing. Keeping people in check is all and it would be all fun, except when the whole world is blowing their whistles might make it sound more like a Macy’s Day Parade… but as I see it most of the world is being corrupted by corrupt officials and people whom we vote in office and they do exactly what they say they wouldn’t…NOTHING! Wow, a Flag and Whistle Friday… what more can anyone ask for? Think it would work? No idea myself except I just get tired of getting tired, how about you? May your weekend be yellow flag free and the only whistles you hear are those from a train in the far off distance… (You know Coyote’s howl around our house when then dang train goes through early in the morning) please be good and if not be safe…
