A comfortable feeling..like when you were a child and you walked hand in hand with your mother, soft and warm and safe, this delicate yet strong
guide thru life. A spiritual cardigan i wear proudly and treasure deeply, a melody of pure happiness i sing, a revelation reached by our blood union , a richness unreserved.
You offer me words of great encouragement , that give me confidence time and time again. You know only deep devotion, throughout the many sacrifices and pain, it is endless and unselfish , patient and forgiving when all others
turn away.
You have eased my journey with the soft grace of your smile, your love inspired learning naturally, even at times carrying me, and at others, stepping back to set me free.
You are the wall that tests my height, the force to test my strength, the chains i sometimes challenge within the fences you erect. Even though i know that they are only there to shelter and protect.
Without you i would have been unborn and unknown, but because of you I am neither unloved nor alone. You gave with love, not of a sense of duty, so that i could bloom, the times ahead will be times of pride, and this i manage with you by my side.
