in view of last night's events, i'm posting one more blog about this whole "family" thing. it seems i was right about the uprising. what i didn't see coming was that it wasn't even caused by the "family" members...it was the non-family members. it's sad when things like this happen no matter what "side" you take. me..well, like i said befor, i have family members on my list, i know some of the others who are in the family but not on my list and and they are sweethearts. i know some that aren't sweethearts too but that's a longer story than i care to type! lol the point being that there's always gonna be a group that no one likes. there's always gonna be a group that makes people feel left out or uncomfortable...that's life. i found some of the postings from both sides offensive, some funny and some (like last night) were just out-of-this-world crazy. i'm riding the fence on this one guys...i can see both sides here and i've pretty much tried to stay neutral. to sonny i would say not to let anyone on the net dictate what he does or who he has on his list. it's your life and your page...do what you want. to the non-family members i would say let it go. there has to be more important things in life than trying to dissolve an internet group. yes, it could be looked at as if i were also one that was against the family because of some statements that i made in an earlier blog...BUT...i was only voicing an obsevation that many others had voiced to me already and i will reitterate another of my previous statements now......lc is supposed to be everyone's site. everyone is supposed to be family here..not just a select few. this statement can be read in two ways. my interpretation of it is that if you feel like family, you're family. if you don't have any friends that are close enough to be rated as family, that's pretty much your own fault. you don't have to join a group or start a group to be family and i don't think that sonny felt that you had to be listed as "family" before you were considered to be. it was really just one of those things that a lot of people didn't like the sound of. i'll be the first to admit that sometimes it bothered me but, for the most part, it was of no major concern until i saw some of what was being posted last night. it had unfolded as i said it would...it just wasn't the people i thought it would be that made it happen. mark it down ladies and gents because you may never hear me say this again but....i was wrong!(sorta)
