Where would we be,
what would our life have been
would it have worked or
would it had desolved.
so many questions
with no answers.
the words flowed once
only to stop at the cliff.
with a renewed spirit
the words flood now,
will they be misplaced or
will they be taken to heart.
how can I tell.
do I dare take the chance...
do I leave the prison of my heart
do I search... have i found that
that thing that i have always searched for
is it still there... did it ever leave...
would it have been better
to leave the past in the past
or to have it come back in full force
after so long... can it work
or should those feelings be kept
under lock and key where
they have been for so long
what am I looking for,
am I suppose to find
the happiness, or should those
feeling be held
like a precious locket
forever to be cherished but never touched
where would we be.....
