A continuation to my previous MUMM...Human Resources at our job is slow ...really slow. Plus the fact that our complaint is against a supervisor, the higher ups are likely to be bias in their judgements on the matter. A lot of my co-workers fear of losing their jobs over this so they tend to suck it up in hopes it doesnt have to resort to this ( last time we had a petition was on a line supervisor and took 6months to get her removed). It's just that lately, tensions have been on a high rise and just even talking about what he does to others boils their blood as well. A third option was presented to me friday night before I left work, a meeting with our Prod. Mngr without the supervisor present ( would seem faster than having each of us going up in the office with a complaint). Open Door policy still looks good, I just don't know if many will go due to home circumstances ( kids from school and such). |
