Sharkfin's blog: "Chaos"

created on 10/03/2006  |  http://fubar.com/chaos/b9661
Good Morning but where do I start… the cup run’th (I would not make a good renaissance dude) over with stupidity today. Let’s start in Texas… Where a man has been accused of attempting to pass a $360 billion check, which he claims was given to him by his girlfriend’s mother to start a record business, Fort Worth police said. Charles Ray Fuller, 21, of Crowley, was arrested on April 22 on an accusation of forgery, police said. Police responded to a report of a man attempting to pass the check about 4 p.m. that day at the Chase bank in the 8600 block of South Hulen Street, Fort Worth police Lt. Paul Henderson said. The personal check was not made out to Mr. Fuller and when the bank contacted the check owner, the woman said she did not write a check for $360 billion. Mr. Fuller was also accused of unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of marijuana, Lt. Henderson said. He may also face a theft charge in Crowley. Lt. Henderson said he did not know if Mr. Fuller and his girlfriend were still together. Hmmm I would say Mr. Fuller should think smaller next time, and I believe he will have plenty of time in a small cell to do so… The Police were all over that one and let that be a lesson to you, or so in Japan where Police on Thursday arrested a wanted man after a two-hour car chase that involved 2,240 officers, 460 police cars and one helicopter. Hirofumi Fukuda, 27, who had been wanted for assaulting police officers on Jan 21, was arrested after a chase through central Osaka. Around 11 a.m., police received an emergency call saying that a car was driving recklessly, ignoring traffic lights. When a patrol car approached the vehicle in question, it took off. Police were mobilized throughout the area and a helicopter called in. The chase ended when Fukuda’s car crashed into a bridge column. He sustained light injuries but no one else was injured in the chase. The real question is this… Don’t they have donut shops in Japan? My word 2240 officers to catch one fleeing man… I wonder just what would have happened had he killed the officer. I wonder if Japan would have used Nuke’s on him… How many Japanese Police officers does it take to screw in one Light Bulb? 1 or 2240 of them? And finally a man was arrested for weaving and driving wildly…TALLINN (Reuters) - Police in the Baltic state of Estonia stopped a man who was driving erratically at the weekend, only to find he was blind. The 20-year-old was driving in the southern city of Tartu early Sunday -- helped by instructions from his 16-year-old passenger. "At first they thought he was just drunk, but the man kept missing the tube for the breath test, then they realized he was blind" and arrested him, Tartu Police spokeswoman Marge Kohtla said Monday. Wow…there goes drivers Education in Estonia for teenagers. I just wonder what is worse… having a blind man drive you or you giving directions to a blind driver? Holey smokes That gives backseat drivers a clean bill of health… Have a marvelous weekend! A huge hug and many pats, wish me luck I am in a two man scramble for charity this weekend at a tough golf course… you know me…anything for charity… Mart
