Veggie Omelet

Prep & Cooking Time: 15 min. Yield: 2 servings Serving Size: 1.000 oz 1 slice (1 ounce) provolone cheese 4 egg whites 1 oz fat free, skim milk 1 raw onion, diced 1 sliced raw green pepper Directions: 1. Spray a 10 inch nonstick pan with cooking spray 2. Whip egg whites in a bowl with milk, pour eggs in pan 3. When edges begin to cook, place green pepper and cheese on top 4. Cook on medium heat until cheese is melted, before folding omelet over, add onions to melted cheese 5.
