Alright, so for most of my adult life I've driven without a license.
To me, it's no biggie considering some of the OTHER crap I've been arrested for and with the Ohio court systems, once they have you...they keep you.
Well, I just bought a second car that I can use during the salty winters and said to myself: "Self, you're getting old. Maybe you SHOULD get your license back."
So, I called up the BMV to see what my past fines were.
Luckily, only about 500$ but I'd need the local courts to give me something called "proof of forfeiture" or something.
So I called up the clerk of courts, and they told me I only had about 500$ in fines as well.
Sweet, since I thought it'd be a couple grand.
But THEN, I was informed I had a bench warrant out for my arrest... FROM 2004!!!!!!
*sigh*
Ohio courts suck ass.
They say "crime doesn't pay" but I swear going legit robs you blind.......
