I can tell you that on my first 90 Day Challenge I lost 25 pounds and 25.5 inches! I went from a pain level of 10+ to maybe a 1-2 on a bad day! My A1C (a 3 month blood sugar test) went from 6.0 to 5.7 the BEST is has been in 2 years! I sleep better I'm more active I no longer have cravings
