The Unmarked Path
Where do we go from here,
you and I?
Hand in hand,
eyes locked.
The path ahead
is untrodden and wild.
Unmarked and free.
Shall we walk,
into that wild
unmarked path?
Or choose the safer lane nearby?
Where are hands and
eyes could not touch.
And our hearts
would forever cry.
