So I sent my ex-husband an email requesting the child support for February and he responded.
"Will take care of it i the next couple of days. Speaking of which, It been over 5 years since you have borrowed $10,000, When do you have plans of starting to pay it back?"
Grrrrr...and my response..
When did I borrow 10k from you? I signed off all interest in the house and cars etc, there was never any mention of loan, that was a buy out. If you wish we can further discuss a 50/50 split of house equity, accounts, debt etc. I think the $10k you provided was an exceptional deal for you.
I want to scream right now, he has since married and baby #5 is coming out the hatch of his new wife..I really don't want to take this to court as it is always more expensive. As it is he pays a minimal amount of child support, without an order. If put a CS order on him, it would be close to 3x what he has been paying. I am beginning to think I am way to nice for my and our children's own good.
Just needed to vent as I am super pissed off right now..
