Great book!! What it taught me is NOT to get pissed off by what you THINK you heard. Tell the person what you THINK they said to confirm.. If they confirm it THEN get pissed off! Yet 99.9% of the time it is not what they meant... In the book you learn that Women use phrases that men here as a 'put-down' that Women mean as a compliment and vice-a-versa..
